Location & TypeChestnut Hill
- Passaic, NJ
• Full-time, First Shift with 1 Weekend per Month
- Education:
Bachelor s Degree or Certification completion - Credentials: ADC or CTRS certification A MUST!
- Experience:
Minimum 2 years in long-term care as a supervisor - Skills:
Strong communication, care plan development, knowledge of QA programs & state survey processes
- Create meaningful recreational programs
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team
- Ensure residents rights & well-being
- Hands-on manager to both run programs and oversee the department
