• Play a pivotal role in assisting behavioral therapists to create effective behavioral therapy programs tailored to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized service plans and provide behavioral interventions in home and community settings.
• Actively manage youth with behavioral challenges and maintain a safe and supportive environment by initiating safety standards and teaching positive behavioral practices.
• Monitor and document observations of youth behavior to support necessary modifications to daily activities aligned with therapeutic goals.
• Develop and implement engaging recreational activities that support emotional and social growth while ensuring a clean and secure environment.

• College degree with one year of work experience or a minimum of a High School Diploma/GED and three years of supervised experience in implementing positive behavior support plans and teaching ADL/Instrumental skills to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with children and their families.
• Ability to work independently while following established protocols and guidelines for successful implementation of behavioral therapy programs.
• Empathy, patience, and genuine passion for working with children and adolescents in a supportive and nurturing manner.
• Prior experience in behavioral interventions and a commitment to ongoing professional development is highly valued.
