Recreation Director
Location: Complete Care at Chestnut Hill - Passaic, NJ
Job Type: Full-time (1st Shift + 1 Weekend/month)
Salary: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00
What You Need to Succeed:
- Education:
Bachelor's Degree or Certification completion - Credentials: ADC, CDP, or CTRS certification – A MUST!
- Experience:
Minimum 2 years in long‑term care as a supervisor - Skills:
Strong communication, care plan development, knowledge of QA programs & state survey processes
Your Impact:
- Create meaningful recreational programs
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team
- Ensure residents' rights & well‑being
- Hands‑on manager to run programs and oversee the department
