• Provides leadership, supervision, and coordinates department activities, ensuring safety to both patients and staff.
• Directs all human resource functions of the department, overseeing training and ensuring staff competencies and safe staffing levels.
• Coordinates and develops budgets with the direction of Director.
• Meets organisational and patient safety goals and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Ensures ongoing monitoring of departmental indicators and performance improvement activities, reporting activities as directed.
• Responds to the needs of the department by performing radiology technician duties when needed.

• Associate’s Degree, Graduate of an AMA‑accredited program in radiologic technology.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Specialized training in CT or MRI preferred.
• Supervisory experience in all medical imaging functions.
• Previous experience as a radiology technologist/Nuclear Medicine/Other modalities.
• Current state licensed CRT & Fluoroscopy permit by CDPH and ARRT‑R.
• Current Basic Life Support / BCLS (AHA) certification.
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state and local regulatory standards required.

The total rewards package is competitive and varies by employment status. Estimated annual compensation ranges from $66,000 to $98,800. Benefits include paid time off, 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental, vision coverage, tuition reimbursement and additional voluntary options.
