We are seeking a board-certified OBGYN physician to serve as the Residency Program Director for its newly established OBGYN residency program.

Responsibilities
  • 50% Clinical | 50% Administrative & Teaching – Maintain an active patient care role while leading all aspects of residency program development.
  • Residency Program Leadership – Establish and oversee ACGME accreditation processes, curriculum development, and faculty recruitment.
  • Teaching & Faculty Development – Plan and provide didactic lecture schedule, provide bedside teaching, and mentor residents.
  • Resident Recruitment & Evaluation – Develop and implement recruitment and interview process, assess resident performance, and provide feedback.
  • Program Administration – Dedicate at least 80 hours per month to teaching, administrative duties, and program oversight.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $500,000 to $550,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
