The role of a Style Consultant includes providing an incredible guest experience, setting the floor with the right product, accurately priced and signed, and ensuring the floor is guest-ready. Responsibilities include driving sales, executing visual standards, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and solve guest needs.
• Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization and locate merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as they sell through using remerchandising best practices.
• Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising best practices.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise from the fitting room and guest service are worked back out to the sales floor throughout the day.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate effectively and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment.
• Ability to work independently and with a team, resolve guest questions quickly, and remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed, climb up and down ladders, and scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely.
