The server is responsible for serving food and beverages with the highest level of customer service to guests throughout the restaurant and pool area. They maintain the organization and cleanliness of the FOH and server stations, know all aspects of the menu and specialty cocktails, and ensure all server-side work meets brand standards.
Qualifications and Skills- Previous applicable server experience
- Friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing interaction with public and coworkers
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions
- Strong listening and oral communication skills
- Must be able to work weekends & holidays
- Must be at least 18 to serve alcohol
- Knowledge of food, wine and spirits
- RBS, Food Handler, or ability to acquire certifications
- Ability to stand, reach, stoop, bend, lift, and clean during various activities throughout shift
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs when needed
