This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Pismo Beach, CA, for a Field Manager at Shea Homes. The Field Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of construction sites, ensuring that homes are built to company standards of quality and craftsmanship. Responsibilities include managing construction schedules, supervising subcontractors, maintaining safety standards, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, and coordinating with internal teams.

The Field Manager will also regularly interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns related to construction progress.

• Experience in construction management, site supervision, and project scheduling
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards
• Proficiency in communication, problem‑solving, and customer service
• Leadership abilities to effectively manage subcontractors and work teams on‑site
• Time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in construction management software and basic computer skills
• Previous experience in residential construction is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
