• Receive, ship, and store parts in accordance with DOT local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Ensure timely and accurate parts delivery to internal and external customers.
• Stay updated on industry and product information.
• Record all sales, including lost sales, and customer transactions.
• Maintain the retail sales floor and displays.
• Assist and report inventory discrepancies to ensure proactive inventory control.
• Mark and store parts in stockroom and assist with cycle count duties.
• Adhere to safety rules and regulations and follow company policies and procedures.
• Keep the parts department clean and professional.
• Participate in company-sponsored training to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with peers and management.
• Manage location, availability, shipping, receiving, and branch transfers of parts inventory.
• Support administration of all parts documentation and perform administrative tasks independently.
• Develop and enhance a professional skill set in parts management.

• Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Parts training and/or experience in the material handling industry.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Understanding of mechanical and technical terms.
• Knowledge of parts operating systems.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Great attitude towards continuous improvement and teamwork.
• High school diploma or equivalent required. Any 2-year or 4-year college degree is a bonus.

Work in a stock room, inventory, and shop environment with an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday. Use tools such as forklifts, hand tools, power tools, and leverage computer skills in your daily tasks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pasco, WA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $38.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Pasco,WA.
