Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Washington RN license – Registered Nurse jobs in WA

• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience (3+ years preferred)

• Clinical experience in General Surgery, Orthopedics (arthroscopy, arthroplasty, hand, podiatry), Urology, Gynecology, Spine, and Vascular procedures preferred

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
OR Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in the Operating Room, maintaining a 1:1 patient ratio

• Assist with surgical procedures including general, orthopedic, urology, gynecology, spine, and vascular surgeries

• Operate advanced surgical equipment:
Stryker-fitted rooms, DaVinci Xi, Globus Ortho-Spine Robot

• Document patient care using Paragon (AllScripts) EHR system

• Participate in scheduled call rotation

• Maintain professionalism and contribute to a collaborative healthcare team
