Production Laborer

Position Title: Production Operator
Location: Pasco, WA
Pay: $18 per hour

Position Summary:
As a Production Laborer, you will play an integral role in the full-service production of high-quality hay and alfalfa products. Working as part of a dedicated team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining production quality, performing quality control (QC) checks, and overseeing repetitive physical tasks like sweeping and pulling strings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Support:
  Engage in a range of tasks to support production, including sweeping, pulling strings, quality control inspections, and general cleaning.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines, ensuring the safe operation of machinery and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Team
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work effectively within a fast-paced environment to meet daily production goals.

• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to perform repeated lifting (up to 50lbs), standing, and other physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in an industrial or agricultural setting preferred but not required.

• Basic understanding of machinery operation
• Adaptability to fast-paced work environments
• Attention to detail

Work Environment:
This position involves working in an industrial setting, often in areas with high dust levels and exposure to temperatures. Personal protective equipment is required for safety, including hard hats, gloves, safety glasses, and more.
