Job Description SummaryThis role will primarily work in the warehouse but will float to Production as needed for coverage purposes. This role will fill in for the lead during any absences and will perform additional daily duties. In addition, they will serve as one of the drivers in the warehouse where they will perform the transport, loading and off‑loading of materials and other warehouse duties in a timely and safe manner to fulfill the needs of production and our customers.
Job Description- Follow outlined duties as assigned in daily inbound / outbound schedule from warehouse management.
- Maintain the principles of first in / first out (FIFO) in the storage and retrieval of materials.
- Coordinate with other lift truck drivers and production personnel to ensure the efficient performance of warehouse and production processes.
- Prioritize multiple tasks to maximize work efficiency.
- Sanitation duties as required in order to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Organize and coordinate Alchemy training for all forklift drivers to ensure 100% on time completion.
- Organize and conduct validations for all forklift drivers annually.
- Cover for the Warehouse Lead during crane rescues, breaks, and as needed.
- Take the insect/pest control vendors to check traps monthly.
Print paperwork for truckers and make tickets for inbounds when the lead is unavailable. - Provide direction to warehouse drivers when Lead is unavailable to “Keep the Warehouse Moving”.
- Accomplish other related work as required.
- Maintains any logs as required.
- Works to create a collaborative, positive, and unified team environment in the warehouse. Exhibits servant leadership and leads by example each day.

Personal hygiene must meet company and government sanitation requirements. Abide by safety rules as outlined in “Employee Handbook”.
Education And/or ExperienceHigh School diploma or equivalent; or up to three months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must demonstrate basic mathematical skills. Experience in a manufacturing environment, especially food production, is helpful. Must be qualified as a driver at Columbia Basin Blends. Ability to use a slip‑sheeter is preferred.
Language SkillsAbility to read and interpret documents such as formulas, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively communicate clearly in English commensurate with the requirements of this position.
OtherSkills And Abilities
