Data Center Technician L2

* A large Data Center in Boardman, OR is hiring multiple Data Center Technicians Level 2 to join the team for a great opportunity!

* Job Duties:

* * Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of server hardware and networking equipment.

* Execute routine hardware installations, upgrades, and decommissioning tasks.

* Monitor and respond to system alerts and escalate issues as needed.

* Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and inventory used.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.

* Qualifications:

* * Knowledge in the hyperscaler space, liquid cooling, and AI/ML type hosts, particularly GPU-based systems.

* Strong networking knowledge (OSI layers 1-3, TCP/UDP, DHCP handshake, subnetting) and hands-on hardware experience, especially with home labs or GPU architecture.

* 2-3+ years of prior IT related experience with previous Data Center/Cabling exp.

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Must be willing to commute out to the areas of Boardman, Umatilla and Hermiston, OR.

* Must be willing to work overtime as needed.

* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
