We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing outpatient rehabilitation team

• Primarily a hospital-based outpatient caseload with possible mentorship in acute care
• Supportive and collaborative therapy team
• Modern rehab equipment and treatment space
• Strong physician and interdisciplinary relationships

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and post-surgical conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function and independence
• Provide therapeutic interventions, activity modification, and patient education
• Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation team members to optimize outcomes
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in the EMR
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current or eligible Occupational Therapist license
• Outpatient experience preferred, but motivated new graduates welcome
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
