Certified Medical Assistant (MA)

Sign‑on or commitment incentive bonus: $5,000.00
Hourly wage: $18.40 – $23.92 per hour

• Works under the supervision of a Physician or Nurse, assists with performing patient assessments and treatments.
• Performs basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection; monitors and communicates changes in patient condition.
• Maintains equipment and medical supplies, including reordering, stocking, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
• Maintains examination areas; assists with keeping patient rooms and common areas stocked, clean, and orderly.
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

High school diploma or equivalent. Graduate of Accredited Medical Assistant Program or equivalent required.

• Current Washington State CCMA, CMA, or RMA certification via AAMA or NHA obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certificate obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Basic patient care skills and ability to perform patient assessments.
