Physical Therapist (PT)

Full-Time | Hospital-Based | Competitive Pay | $15,000 Sign on bonus

Schedule:

4 - 10's or 5 - 8's

Mixed Setting: 90% Outpatient - 10% Inpatient Coverage

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our hospital-based rehabilitation team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative clinical environment where patient-centered care, evidence-based practice, and professional growth are truly valued.

• Hospital-based setting with interdisciplinary collaboration
• Diverse patient population with medically complex cases

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case management, and therapy staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge plans in the electronic medical record
• Participate in care planning, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
