Join Lourdes Health to provide critical occupational health services in the Pasco, WA area. You will be responsible for conducting drug and alcohol testing, delivering essential ancillary services, and supporting patients, families, and colleagues in a compassionate, professional manner.

Qualifications- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
- Bilingual and/or English‑Spanish speaking preferred; ability to serve a culturally diverse population.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required; additional certification in breath‑alcohol testing (or equivalent) within 12 months of hire.
- Preferable: two or more years of experience in drug screening or as a medical technician; knowledge of drug‑screening regulations is desirable.
- Preferred: understanding of occupational health or related field.
- Perform drug and breath tests in clinic and on‑site settings.
- Demonstrate competency in department‑specific technical skills.
- Maintain required certifications.
- Prepare patients for examinations, procedures, and diagnostic testing.
- Stock and clean examination rooms; maintain inventory of supplies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate medical records.
- Participate in on‑call rotations as required.
- Provide care appropriate to the population‑specific needs of the patients served.
- Shift differential.

$17.00 – $23.59 per hour.
