Tri-Cities Community Health (TCCH) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that has served the underserved populations of Pasco, Kennewick, Richland and surrounding areas since 1981. We operate six clinical sites, offering comprehensive primary care, dental, optometry, pharmacy, behavioral health and endocrine services and connecting patients to essential social services such as WIC and Maternal Support Services. OpportunityTCCH is growing and actively recruiting Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) for our Pasco Primary and Dental Care site. Ideal candidates are passionate, driven, and align with our core values of quality, respect, and service. CMAs play a vital role in patient care across multiple nursing areas, delivering safe and precise care and supporting medical and nursing teams.
Functions- Demonstrate the skills and judgment necessary to provide direct and indirect care to patients under the supervision of licensed personnel
- Maintain up‑to‑date certification and medical knowledge
- Efficiently operate the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
- Attend all required safety training programs and describe responsibilities related to general safety, department/service safety, and specific job‑related hazards
- Follow exposure control plans and blood borne/airborne pathogens protocols
- Maintain departmental supplies and inventory
- Respect and regard the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and employees to ensure a professional, responsible, and courteous environment
- Work as a team toward surpassing departmental goals and objectives across multiple departments and facilities
- Assume all other duties and responsibilities as assigned and authorized by RCW 18.360 and WAC 246‑827
- Mon, Wed, Fri 7:15 a.m.—4:15 p.m.;
Tue/Thu 8:15 a.m.—5:15 p.m. - Pasco, WA
- $22.49‑$25.33 per hour; up to $29.10 per hour
- Union/Bargaining Unit position, non‑exempt

- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Minimum one (1) year of experience preferred
- Current Certified Medical Assistant license from the State of Washington required
- Must have or obtain current CPR certification within three (3) months of hire
