Facilitator

Our client is seeking contract Leadership Development Trainer to deliver existing leadership development programs to frontline supervisors and managers at seasonal agricultural facilities. The organization has developed internal curricula focused on Effective Communication and Fundamentals of Supervision but requires experienced facilitators to deliver these programs.

The core objective is to provide leadership development that prepares supervisors to manage seasonal work forces effectively, with an emphasis on practical communication skills, conflict navigation, and foundational supervisory competencies.

Must be local to Pasco, WA.

• Delivering existing leadership development curricula (Effective Communication and Fundamentals of Supervision) to frontline supervisors and seasonal leads
• Facilitating highly interactive, practical training sessions focused on real-world application in agricultural operations
• Delivering multi-day intensive formats (2.5- and 5-day programs) onsite at remote processing facilities
• Adapting delivery style to audiences with varying educational backgrounds, computer literacy levels, and bilingual capabilities
• Building rapport with seasonal, hands‑on agricultural work forces and ensuring content is relatable and actionable
• Supporting potential follow‑on needs such as additional instructional design aligned to a new competency model or technical training integration

• Ability to translate leadership concepts into practical applications for non-office-based, hands‑on environments
• Strong communication skills for audiences with varying education levels
• Ability to relate to and engage seasonal, hourly agricultural work forces
• Availability for multi-day, onsite intensive delivery formats
