Overview
Part-Time Test Administrator | Educational Institute Proctor in East-Pasco County, FL. This long-term, part-time temporary role supports crucial college placement, program admission, and industry certification testing. IMMEDIATE HIRE; offers are contingent on meeting all pre-employment screenings.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate | $16.00 Per Hour
Working hours:
Primarily between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- This role is responsible for the secure administration and proctoring of a variety of tests. This includes preparing the testing space, ensuring security protocols are followed, and actively monitoring examinees to maintain test integrity.
- Administer and proctor test sessions for individuals and groups, including college placement, program admission, and industry certifications.
- Set up and maintain a secure testing environment; follow strict security procedures and confidentiality guidelines.
- Actively monitor examinees through direct observation and surveillance equipment to maintain test integrity.
- Perform clerical duties, data entry related to testing records, and assist with preparing reports and interpreting test scores.
- Provide and manage approved test accommodations as needed.
- Problem-Solving:
Identify, report, and adapt to testing irregularities and varied testing situations. - Adaptability:
Conduct testing services across various formats (paper/digital) on-campus. - Communication:
Clearly explain testing procedures and policies to examinees.
Associate's degree (or higher)
Experience1 - 4 years
Qualifications- Meticulous security and confidentiality standards from day one.
- Attention to Detail:
Adherence to state laws, vendor guidelines, and security procedures. - Technical Proficiency:
Operate and monitor testing equipment, including computers, software, printers, and surveillance equipment. - Professional
Experience:
College education with 1+ years of office/administrative experience. - Interpersonal
Skills:
Ability to interact with a diverse population and communicate guidelines clearly. - Pre-Employment Screening:
Completion of all screening requirements, including Pre-Employment Drug Screen;
Skills Check & Client Interview.
