• Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate and understanding each customer’s needs.

• Represent Mobilelink and the Cricket brand with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPI targets to earn extra bonuses.
• Participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of Cricket Wireless as part of the role. Employees will receive reasonable notice of scheduled events.

• Fluency in English and Spanish (or two or more languages).
• Clear communication skills, strong attitude, and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales experience helpful but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Good social‑media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the store location.
• Live within 30 minutes of the home store and able to work at multiple locations within the district as needed.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adherence to Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.

• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking.
• Will stand for long periods to provide optimal customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Follow instructions to completion.
• Resolve problems under pressure.
