• Strong base salary ( 70K– 85K) plus performance incentives

• Grow and manage a defined sales territory through new business and account expansion
• Build trusted relationships with contractors, plant managers, and project leaders
• Identify project needs and deliver solutions that improve safety, productivity, and uptime
• Partner closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
• Drive consistent revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets

• Proven success in outside B2B sales (industrial, construction, services, or related fields)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Ability to understand customer challenges and present practical solutions
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within the territory
• $70,000–$85,000 base salary + incentives
