As a Server in The Garden Grille, at Hilton Garden Inn Pascagoula, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to guests by providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service. Your primary objective is to ensure customer satisfaction by accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any guest needs or concerns promptly. You will collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely and accurate delivery of menu items while maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working as a server or in a similar hospitality role.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and order management software.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing menus and answering questions about menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system promptly.
- Serve food and drinks to guests efficiently while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
- Process guest payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions securely.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
