Server, Server​/Wait Staff

As a Server in The Garden Grille, at Hilton Garden Inn Pascagoula, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to guests by providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service. Your primary objective is to ensure customer satisfaction by accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any guest needs or concerns promptly. You will collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely and accurate delivery of menu items while maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.

This role requires a strong focus on communication, multitasking, and problem-solving to handle a dynamic and fast-paced setting effectively. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the establishment’s reputation for quality service and customer loyalty.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
• Process guest payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions securely.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
