Responsibilities:

• Work 1:1 with clients, adhering to the outlined care plan
• Document tasks, observations, and evaluate outcomes
• Create, implement, monitor, and enforce quality assurance policies to ensure quality care
• Receive clinical oversight from the staff RN
• Assist with other duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current Mississippi (or Compact State) LPN license
• One (1) or more years of nursing experience, preferably in personal care home industry
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
