Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client‑satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Bachelor degree with 3 years of experience or HS diploma (combination of education and experience) with 11 years of related experience.

Program and/or Project management, planning/engineering experience. The preferred candidate has intermediate to advanced knowledge with Microsoft tools, and an understanding of earned value. Additionally the preferred candidate has experience in understanding contractual documentation, purchase specifications, configuration management, metrics analysis, budgeting, ability to multi‑task; good communication and analytical skills; and skilled in the development of worksheets, charts, graphs, and presentations using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications.

Experience and ability to interact with all levels of management across the value stream, as well as external customers is preferred. Engineering or related experience managing, designing or building/installing mechanical or related systems. Project schedule and financial experience. Ability to multi‑task and prioritize work scope.
