• Put into service and operate all marine diesel power/gas turbine plants and all related auxiliary equipment.
• Line up all systems for operation, set controls, interpret temperature, pressure, and flow readings.
• Set up and operate automatic controls, air conditioning, refrigeration plants, and various other auxiliary equipment common to naval vessels.

• At least 4 years of Propulsion, Auxiliary, Fuel, or Damage Control experience.

• Prior Navy or Merchant Marine experience strongly desired.
