Manlift Operator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manlifts / aerial lifts (boom lifts, scissor lifts) to support piping installation, welding, and fabrication work
• Transport personnel, tools, and piping materials to elevated work areas
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report mechanical or safety issues
• Maintain clear communication with pipe fitters, welders, and ground crew
• Follow all site safety rules
  , lift plans, and job hazard analyses (JHAs)
• Assist with staging materials and jobsite organization as needed
• Maintain safe work distances from live lines, structures, and other trades

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience operating manlifts on industrial or piping projects
• Valid manlift/aerial lift certification
• Strong understanding of industrial safety procedures
• Ability to work at heights and in outdoor/industrial environments
• Reliable attendance and strong situational awareness
