Journeyman Electrician

Our client, an industry leader in renewable energy solutions, is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to join their dedicated team. As a Journeyman Electrician, you will be an essential part of the industrial department supporting solar installation projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

** Journeyman Electrician - Contract for 4-6 weeks

* Location:

** Pasadena, TX

** Shift:
** 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday

** What's the Job?*
* + Install and replace solar inverters and optimize system components

+ Pull out old solar panels and install new modules with proper tilting and balancing

+ Use hand tools and power tools to complete electrical connections and installations

+ Ensure all work complies with safety standards and site protocols

+ Collaborate with team members and site supervisors to meet project deadlines

** What's Needed?*
* + Valid electrician license with solar experience preferred

+ Own tools including wire cutters, pliers, strippers, drills, sawzall, and band saw

+ Comfort working at heights and on rooftops.

+ Ability to lift up to 32 pounds and handle tilting of solar modules weighing approximately 55 pounds

+ Adherence to PPE requirements: steel toes, safety glasses, reflective vests, and gloves

+ Reliable transportation and punctuality for daily site attendance
