Provide customer service to staff, contractors, and visitors by following site-specific access control procedures, screening entry requests, and directing individuals to the proper check-in points;
Control entry and exit at assigned access points by verifying identification, issuing temporary credentials, managing visitor logs, and escalating irregularities per post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including dispatching notifications, documenting events, and coordinating with on-site teams as needed;
Monitor security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and access control software, and report suspicious activity and/or system issues according to site policy;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by location
