About This Role

As a Sales Manager, you will lead the Automated Logic (ALC) Sales Team, overseeing outside and inside sales professionals, driving short‑ to medium‑term objectives and ensuring team goals are met. You will develop outside‑sales plans, influence critical sales strategies, and lead new business development efforts through direct interaction with clients and consultant partners. Your leadership will foster a high‑performance culture that consistently exceeds yearly sales expectationsцы.

You are responsible for hiring, promoting, rewarding, and off‑boarding team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze the market to achieve profitability, growth, and market penetration.
  • Increase business opportunities within accounts, generate a high level of activity, and manage opportunities from sales cycle to close.
  • Establish and maintain personal long‑term customer relationships to influence opportunities.
  • Execute growth strategies for the sales team consistent with the overall business strategy.
  • Set aggressive individual and team goals consistent with the branch business plan by utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Establish and drive account management consistent with strategic branch direction.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and lead the office with the highest business ethics.
  • Lead business development activities for strategic prospects to support the business strategy defined by executive leadership.
  • Act as a primary / supplementary contact with highly visible and/or strategic prospects, develop a professional relationship with the purpose of understanding and meeting the customer needs and within the bounds of contracted scope.
  • Identify bid opportunities, review final bid responses with team, negotiate with potential large/complex customers and build and maintain customer relationships to win projects.
  • Guide team to write proposals, present new business proposals for large/strategic prospects, negotiate value, and address resistance in order to develop business.
  • Lead team development and achievement of all sales goals – financial, strategic, cultural.
  • Monitor and manage sales bookings through the use of CRM tools and KPIs.
Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 4+ Years of Sales or Management Experience.
  • 2+ Years of Building Automation System or HVAC Experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Expert in Sales, HVAC, Building Automation, and/or controls knowledge.
  • Experience using Customerബ Beziehung Management (CRM) and driving usage within team members.
  • Previous leadership experience and ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
  • Ability to deliver compelling presentations to potential customers.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Experience analyzing market and company data to build business strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 360 applications.
