Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.50 USD per hour

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience, providing a fresh and full shopping experience during all hours of operations, prioritizing the guest’s needs over task.
• Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards.
• Execute Food & Beverage processes including food deliveries, replenishment, straightening merchandise, in-stocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing and organizing and storing reserve product.
• Follow all food safety requirements as outlined in Target’s policies and procedures.
• Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales.
• Work with vendors to set, maintain and make planned changes to salesfloor merchandise displays and to keep organized backroom space.
• Identify damaged, recalled or expired items and process according to Target’s policies and procedures.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store to solve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Execute all federal, state and local adult beverage laws as they apply to the business.
• Care for in-store and personal protective equipment; follow equipment control guidelines.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) while complying with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• Engage with guests to solve their specific needs and thank them for choosing Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older (Bakery Only).
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanners and other technology as directed.
• Ability to work independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish tasks within time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders; lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds; flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Work in environments ranging from 34°F to
  -10°F as needed and in spaces with potential allergens.
• Operate in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing duties such as Drive-Up and carryout.
• Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
