Duties
- Prepare food orders for patrons of Strawberry Park and Pool while complying with Safe Food Handling Practices.
- Complete Opening and Closing Checklist for Concession Area.
- Prepare food using a variety of methods including deep fryer, hot dog roller, popcorn machine, etc.
- Clean and sanitize food preparation equipment according to Safe Food Handling Practices.
- Maintain proper personal hygiene during preparation of food.
- Ensure facilities are in compliance with Safe Food Handling Practices to Health Inspectors.
- Display customer service with greetings, surveys, and acknowledgments and handle concerns promptly.
- Work up to a 39-hour week at Strawberry Pool and comply with City timekeeping and attendance policy.
- Maintain all necessary licenses, certifications, clearances, and job requirements without interruption.
- Serve Safe Food Handlers
