Process Specialist

Description

Interface with the Production Superintendent, Production Supervisor and Lead Technicians to provide support for troubleshooting and problem-solving activities. Performs function test after maintenance with Chemical Technicians as needed to develop culture of function test after maintenance. Audit the plant for safety and housekeeping compliance. Writes/updates standard operating procedures and production instructions as needed. Prepare an annual action plan to support the department and company objectives.

Prepare a monthly report of activities and action plan progress to the Production Manager. Supports Production with Plant Trials and MOC's as needed. Promotes good housekeeping standards and initiates corrective action of hazardous and unsafe conditions in the plant. On a periodic basis, covers weekend call duty for the plant. Special assignments and projects assigned by the Production Manager/Superintendent. Investigate non-conformance and prepare corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.

Provide technical support for Delta

V DCS and related equipment. Must demonstrate the following emotional intelligence skills:

High School (required)

Experience
3 - 5 years:
Nutrients Production Process (preferred)
