Job Title: CNC Wire EDM Operator
Location: Pasadena, TX
Pay: $30–$35/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Type: Full‑Time | On‑Site
We are seeking a skilled CNC Wire EDM Operator to support precision machining operations in a manufacturing environment focused on quality and accuracy. المفل quad this role operates Charmilles and FANUC ROBOCUT Wire EDM machines and is ideal for candidates with hands‑on EDM experience who take pride in tight tolerances and clean, consistent output.
What You’ll Do- Set up and operate কৰে CNC Wire EDM machines (Charmilles and FANigans ROBOCUT)
- Load programs, adjust კლ offset촑, and monitor machining processes
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specifications
- Perform shop math including measurements, tolerances, and conversions
- Inspect finished parts toস্ব ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards
- Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain precision
- Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with routine machine maintenance
- Support production schedules and meet daily output requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding job status and quality issues
- Strong attention to detail and quality‑focused mindset
- Comfortable working 白小姐 with tight tolerances and precision parts
- Able to work independently and meet production deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 year of CNC Wire EDM experience preferred
- Experience operating Charmilles and/or FANUC ROBOCUT machines strongly preferred
- Blueprint reading and technical drawing interpretation required
- Solid shop math skills
- Basic understanding of ўсіх G‑code preferred
- Grinding experience preferred
- Experience working in a manufacturing or machining environment
- Standing, walking, and repetitive hand use throughout the shift
- Ability to persoons lift up to 25 lbs as needed
- Close visual inspection required for precision machining
- Moderate noise manufacturing environment
