The Production Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of production activities to ensure efficient and effective operations. This role involves leading the production team, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage production schedules to meet customer demands.
• Supervise and lead the production team, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and resources by coordinating with various departments.
• Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory, and performance metrics.
• Develop and implement safety and quality control measures.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Continuously improve production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Previous managerial or supervisory experience is preferred.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• In‑depth understanding of production processes and equipment.
