Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is currently sourcing a Stainless Steel Hose Welder for a contract‑to‑hire opportunity with our client in Pasadena, TX. This role is ideal for a highly skilled welder with extensive experience in stainless steel hose fabrication who thrives in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment.

• Weld stainless steel hoses to exact specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Conduct visual inspections of welds and utilize grinding techniques as needed.
• Perform setup tasks such as configuring positioners, thermal blankets, and induction heaters.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Contribute to other projects or tasks as assigned.

• 5+ years of welding industry experience.
• 3+ years specifically in stainless steel hose welding.
• Strong safety‑first mindset.
• Expertise in stainless steel welding.
• Ability to use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.).
• Able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Comfortable with physical tasks including pushing, pulling, lifting, and standing for long periods.
• Capable of operating lifting equipment such as pallet jacks and small lifts.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
