What We Are Looking For

• Candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent, 0-1 years of experience preferred, must be 18 years of age
• Fast-paced environment; physically active
• Operate machines safely with minimal supervision
• Lift up to 50 lbs; bending, carrying, pushing, pulling and other activities as needed
• Communicate and problem solve with coworkers
• Stand and walk on concrete for long periods
• Work in cold and/or hot temperatures throughout the day
• Perform basic math and obtain necessary production specifications
• Pass information to co-workers and relay information to/from all employee levels including management
• Work different hours including overtime or weekend shifts (hours may change based on production schedule)
• Post-offer, pre-placement background checks and drug screen may be required

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment with simple functions
• Set up and pre-run equipment to ensure proper production startup
• Control line speeds, batch formula, production rates, and overall safety and product quality
• Perform quality checks
• Use PPE (bump cap, safety glasses/goggles, ear protection, hair/beard nets, gloves, safety shoes or boots)
• Complete required paperwork (downtime, HACCP, etc.; using SAP, SOPs, safety operations, training as appropriate)
• Conduct yourself in a manner aligned with company mission, values, and policies
