Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, handle floor calls, routine inspections, repairs, and adjustments on mechanical systems, production equipment, and facility components.
• Document preventative maintenance on all equipment
• General building maintenance
• Keep a daily log
• Perform diagnostic tests and root cause analysis to figure out problems with machinery or equipment
• Test malfunctioning machinery to determine whether major repairs are needed.
• Support facility upkeep and collaborate with production to minimize downtime.
• Participate in training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Vocational training in Industrial Maintenance, with coursework covering mechanical systems, electrical fundamentals, safety procedures, and equipment operation.
• 1+ year of experience in industrial maintenance or equivalent combination of education and or practical training.
• Demonstrated ability to perform equipment inspections, identify issues, and carry out repairs efficiently and safely.
