With over a decade of experience in personal injury law, you will independently handle cases with minimal assistance, ensuring justice and fair compensation for our clients.

Team
Leadership:Oversee and manage a team of attorneys and case managers. Responsible for hiring, training, and, if necessary, terminating team members to ensure top performance and alignment with the firm’s goals.

Performance
Evaluation:Regularly review and assess the performance of attorneys and case managers. Ensure they meet case management expectations and adhere to deadlines.

Independent
Caseload
Management:Handle a personal caseload of personal injury cases from inception through resolution.

Deadline
Compliance:Meet with attorneys and case managers to ensure all cases are managed effectively and deadlines are consistently met.

Client
Representation:Provide compassionate and effective representation to clients. Prioritize their needs and interests throughout the legal process to ensure a favorable outcome.

Regular
Client
Updates:Maintain open communication with clients to keep them informed about case progress and their legal options.

Settlement
Negotiations:Engage in negotiations with opposing counsel and insurance companies to secure favorable settlements for clients.

Court
Appearances:Represent clients in various court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and mediations, etc.

Team
Collaboration:Work collaboratively with the legal team to share insights and develop strategies for case management and advocacy. Foster an environment of mutual support and knowledge sharing.

Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, with admission to the Texas State Bar in good standing.

Experience:A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a personal injury law firm is highly desirable.

Leadership and Management:

Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

Interpersonal and Communication:

Strong skills in interpersonal communication, both written and verbal.

Organization and Time Management:

Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple cases and priorities efficiently.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency in office software and database systems.

Problem-Solving:

Aptitude for identifying issues and developing effective solutions to keep cases on track.

Negotiation:

Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable outcomes for clients.

Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
