Position: Patient Service Specialist

Location: Pasadena, TX

Type of Employment: Fulltime

Schedule: Weekdays – 7am to 6pm

Compensation: Starting at $16/hour (Pending experience)

As a patient service specialist, you’ll manage both the patient side and business side of our center. • Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit; provide next appointment details as they check out
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
• Maintain regular communication with attorneys, insurance companies, translation companies, operational leaders, and business development team
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications

• High School Diploma/GED required
• 1 Year of Medical Office Experience

• Insurance Verification Experience
• Bilingual
