Cost Control Specialist

Operations Technology Specialists (OTS), a Global Automation and Engineering company, is in need of an experienced Cost Control Specialist This will be a contract position within OTS with opportunities to support projects throughout the world. You must be authorized to work in the United States.

This is an on-site contract role located in Pasadena, TX, for a Cost Control Specialist. The Cost Control Specialist will be responsible for managing project budgets, monitoring expenses, generating financial reports, and developing effective cost-control strategies. The role includes providing detailed cost analysis, preparing cost reporting, and working closely with other departments to ensure financial efficiency and alignment with project goals.

• Overseeing, tracking, and forecasting project costs across multiple industrial and/or oil & gas sites.
• This role ensures financial accuracy, budget compliance, and timely reporting while supporting project managers and site leadership with data-driven cost analysis.

• Has hands-on experience in industrial construction, turnaround, maintenance, or capital projects environments
• Understands the financial controls required in multi-site operations.
