Key Responsibilities Manage servicing of a construction portfolio, including draw processing and post-closing services for complex loans Review construction documents and due diligence, ensuring compliance and integrity in loan processing Provide superior client service and support to lending staff, while maintaining data integrity in loan systems
Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent commercial loan experience 3+ years of related commercial real estate experience, preferably in commercial construction lending Strong knowledge of construction financing, loan structures, and industry practices Familiarity with commercial banking systems such as LoanIQ and Sales Force
Experience with multi-bank loan participations and syndications
