Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and approve Home Equity Cashout transactions by analyzing creditworthiness and risk profiles
Verify documentation accuracy and completeness while assessing property valuations and risk factors
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support timely transaction closings
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
Two years of underwriting experience in home equity, mortgage, or real estate investment products
Strong knowledge of credit analysis, property valuation, and regulatory compliance
Proficiency in underwriting systems and tools
Experience with Home Equity Investment products is preferred
