Mechanical (Utilities) Foreman – Austin Industrial (Pasadena, TX)

Join our team to lead and oversee maintenance teams responsible for critical utility systems, steam, compressed air, HVAC, water, wastewater, electrical/mechanical utilities ensuring safe, reliable operation and availability to support polyethylene production.

• Supervise skilled technicians in maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repair of all plant utility systems.
• Allocate manpower, tools, and materials to tasks; ensure schedule meets production and maintenance needs.
• Mentor and coach team members; facilitate on‑the‑job training and development.
• Interpret blueprints, P&IDs, and technical specs to guide precise execution and compliance.
• Perform inspections and quality audits post‑project completion; correct any deviations.
• Evaluate machinery performance; lead root‑cause analyses, failure investigations, and preventive actions.
• Enforce rigorous safety protocols; run safety briefings in alignment with plant safety culture.

Education – no minimum education requirements.

Experience – 3–5 years leadership in mechanical/utilities maintenance; experience in steam, HVAC, compressed air, water systems is essential.
