Stock Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing, mobilising and on‑going maintenance of Smart Stock Solution installations.
• Acting as the liaison between the internal Smart Stock co‑ordinators, Rexel, Inventor‑e and customer to ensure that all required tasks and milestones are met to hit implementation date. ·
• Co‑ordinating with the Customer, Internal Smart Stock Co‑ordinators and Branch Colleagues project manage multiple implementations simultaneously across designated areas. ·
• Delivering of all relevant Key Performance Indicators, targets and objectives are achieved. ·
• Actively keep up to date with current and new Rexel Smart Stock Solutions, customer offers and be considered an expert to support both customers and Rexel Teams. ·
• Support and ensure that inventory levels are optimised, any possible additions to profile are highlighted to the customer to increase Rexel SOW ·
• Delivering live training sessions of the full suite solutions to Customers at their premises as well as exhibitions, branch demonstration days and seminars.

• Experience of stores operations
• A deep knowledge of Excel to be able to produce clear reporting
• M3 and Rexel customer proposition and operations knowledge also desirable

This role will include travelling to client sites to support with the stock inventories.
