Marketing and Content Specialist

We are looking for a creative, hands‑on person to manage our social media and digital presence. The ideal candidate loves creating content, brings fresh ideas, and helps us stand out online and in the community.

• Creating and shooting content (photos, videos, reels, stories, graphics, etc.)
• Posting consistently and keeping our pages active and engaging
• Boosting posts and running ads to grow our audience
• Designing fun and professional digital posters for holidays, employee shoutouts, birthdays, anniversaries, and company updates
• Helping highlight our team and company culture in creative ways
• Starting and growing a company You Tube channel with original video content
• Finding and attending local events, chamber of commerce activities, and company‑sponsored events for photos, networking, and content
• Looking into ads and other ways to get our name out there
• Managing and updating our website with fresh content
• Shooting content in Beaumont and surrounding areas when needed for shoots or events.

• Creative and full of ideas—no need to be told what to post every time
• Comfortable with boosting posts and running ad campaigns
• Organized and able to keep a consistent posting schedule
• Reliable, independent, and able to take initiative
• Willing to travel locally for events and shoots

• Use your own camera/equipment, but we’ll invest in more as needed
• Knowledge in shooting and editing original content
