Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans for business development in transportation, logistics, and direct-to-patient services Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients and internal stakeholders to understand needs and tailor solutions Monitor service line performance and provide regular pipeline reports, forecasts, and corrective actions to meet revenue objectives
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a business, logistics, or science-related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required At least 2 years of experience in sales within the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, particularly in cell and gene therapy logistics Experience in cold storage, logistics, or supply chain outside the life sciences industry may be considered Strong strategic planning and business development skills Proficiency in for opportunity pipeline management and forecasting
