Senior Accountant

We’re seeking a hands‑on Senior Accountant who enjoys owning the details while understanding how the numbers drive the business. This role plays a central part in close, reporting, and operational accounting, providing leadership with clear financial visibility and reliable insights. • Own key portions of the close and financial reporting process with real visibility
• Work across multiple accounting areas including inventory, AR, and cash flow
• Partner with operations and leadership to support financial decision‑making
• Gain broad, well‑rounded experience in an operational accounting environment
• Contribute directly to accurate financials and business performance insight

• Lead month‑end and year‑end close activities, including journal entries and accruals
• Prepare and analyze balance sheet and GL reconciliations and resolve variances
• Manage expense, inventory, and intercompany allocations
• Support AR activities including billing, cash application, and collections
• Perform inventory accounting (reconciliations, adjustments, cost analysis, reporting)
• Assist with cash forecasting and monitor cash flow
• Prepare GAAP‑compliant financial statements and schedules
• Collaborate with stakeholders and auditors to support audits and compliance

• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong hands‑on close, reconciliation, and allocation experience
• Exposure to AR, inventory accounting, collections, and cash forecasting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Detail‑oriented, analytical professional with strong communication skills
