What You’ll Be Doing as the Entry-Level Accountant:

• Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports accurately

• Assist with month-end close, including reconciliations and basic financial reporting

• Maintain vendor records and support compliance with accounting policies

• Help prepare journal entries, accruals, and daily accounting activity

• Use Excel to organize, track, and analyze financial data

What We’re Looking For in the Entry-Level Accountant:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or relevant coursework/experience)

• Internship experience or 1+ year in accounting, AP, or an office/business role

• Working knowledge of Excel (sorting and filtering required; VLOOKUPs a plus)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Positive, team-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to grow
